Since our launch 5 years ago, ReadyRosie has been committed to making our videos and resources available to both English and Spanish speakers. Every modeled video we have created in English, there is a Spanish version featuring a native Spanish speaking family.
We know that our partner school districts and communities across the country serve families from many backgrounds and languages. In order to help you reach those families with relevant and effective resources, we’ve started to expand our language offerings.
In March 2017, we added Vietnamese subtitles to all our ReadyRosie videos (the English version). By the end of April 2017, all ReadyRosie videos will also have subtitles in Arabic. To access these options, simply click on the CC button on the bottom right-hand side of the video and chose the appropriate language (see below):
Thanks to a recent partnership that is taking ReadyRosie international to families in the United Arab Emirates in May 2017, we have begun piloting new videos featuring Arabic speaking families. We love the results and we think you will. Check a few of them out…
We will continue to explore new language opportunities moving forward. In many cases, a partnership with a school or community helps speed up the possibilities for particular languages. If you would like to partner with ReadyRosie to expand our language options, please contact Kevin Roden at firstname.lastname@example.org.
